PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Methods of Payment

  • We accept Paypal payment and any credit card through Paypal.
  • We also allow bank transfer. Simply leave your eBay ID as reference. Missing or incorrect eBay ID may lead to delayed shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on 98% of our items within Australia.
  • For international buyers, you may contact our helpful customer service team to provide you with the lowest shipping quote to your country.

Turnaround

  • Your order will be dispatched on the next business day (Mondays to Fridays) after payment.
  • We do NOT accept P.O. Box or Parcel Locker address.

Damaged/Lost Item

  • In the very unlikely situation that your item gets lost or damaged during transit, we will be held responsible and will issue a full refund or replacement.

Kindly provide us with your mobile number just in case you need to be contacted for shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind

  • In the instance that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return the item to us and we will send you a replacement or offer a refund.
  • Returned item/s must be in its original condition for re-selling purposes. If the item is damaged or if there are parts missing, we cannot guarantee a refund. In the case that we did offer a refund, we will deduct a fair amount from the fee considering the condition of the returned item.
  • Please provide the tracking number for the returned item. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Faulty/Damaged Item

  • Please contact us immediately for faulty or damaged items.
  • Kindly provide us with a photo or a video of the issue from the purchased item.
  • After identifying that the issue was caused by us or by the manufacturer, we will arrange a pick up for returning the faulty/damaged item.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Refundable Items

  • We accept requests for refund within 60 days if you change your mind or if the item you received is faulty or damaged.
  • If there are missing accessories or parts, we will deduct a fair amount from the refund considering the condition of the returned item.

Refunding Process

  • The refunding process will begin after we received the returned item.
  • It takes about 3 to 5 working days on the average to complete the whole process.
